What happens on the show is considered "performance art". You have to separate that from what happens in private in your real life. Denzel Washington shouldn't be banned from acting for his performance in Training Day.

The company went public after much of this stuff happened. WWE isnt trying to be peoples moral compass, I guess thats what people aren't getting. If you find Greg Valentine or Rick Flair or any of the crap you posted offensive then protest, dont watch or whatever you want. WWE was not having their bottom line affected, or viewership affected or major protests about anything you mention in your post.

WWE as a public company is dealing with a perceived or real controversy of a current situation with a current employee in a time where it could very well cause a major backlash. To avoid that, they fired an employee. Theres no need for retro active firings or suspensions or removals, because no one is willing to boycott or protest because of this stuff from 10,15,30 years ago.

Most people don't care until it affects them personally - Job,family,kids,school, etc. and their on the other end of things. That's the problem especially with young black men or woman.
