FIFA 16 Video - Career Mode Innovations

Despite having dedicated personel to study and create appealing ideas for game modes, I´m sure it all comes down to how much time developers and programmes have to apply those ideas. It´s like programmers are paid to give special atention to main details, like online modes. If there´s time, then go to career mode etc... Somehow they are always short on time...

Also keep in mind that they want to add incentive each year for people to buy their game. Each year they add a little something for offline users.

I wish they alternated years with PES. Thing about how quickly things would improve if each developer had 2 years between releases.

Obviously it will never happen...but I've been alternating between games since PES 13 and it has worked pretty well to keep things fresh

So....is it safe to assume the Youth scouting will still be an abomination?

I recently started playing fifa 14 and its feels a very refreshing experience. Way better than fifa 15 IMO. I´don´t even bother about fifa 16. If its as bad as 15, I´ll keep playing fifa 14, even with outdated squads it´s still better.

Same here. Finally I see variety in CPU build up play according to teams and the movement feels more realistic and not scripted.

Is the youth academy as broken in 14 as it is in 15? Do youth players grow physically?

Hmm haven´t test it yet. As I said, started to play only recently for the first time and it couldn´t feel better gameplay wise. I use custom sliders based on Orion´s and also Krebstar´s custom tactics for all teams and it´s just beautifull to play and watch player movements, defense and ofense, pace of play, etc etc... I didn´t know what I was missing until I tried it. About youth, I might try it soon and report back.
