Same concept here. I don't see why they couldn't. Create a player isn't infringing on anything in terms of player likenesses. Hope to see this! Couldn't you make teams on the previous gen? I remember playing with the 94 pacers

Just to piggyback off this, it's not just about players or teams you want to play as or alongside, but teams you want to play against. Which is exactly what would be perfect for one of those early to mid 2000's Spurs teams. Beating those Spurs defenses would be a challenge.

On the older 2k games on ps3 and 360 people just created players or traded players to the current teams and made them classic teams . Luckily they let you also trade players from other classic teams. Someone made a 94 Pacers and put them all on the Pacers current roster. Some real players like Mark Jackson , Chris Mullin and Jalen Rose were already on the game. So that was nice

Magic didnt do it on his own though. Kareem helped get him there. Yes Magic won finals MVP with Kareem out, but he definitely had help getting to the finals. And the league was nowhere near as strong and deep in 80 as it was in 07. Lebron taking that team to the finals was very impressive

That's not the point he was making. Magic was a rookie when he helped get the Lakers there. LeBron was not when he did it.

Saying the League was different then is one thing most everyone can agree on. Stating the league was nowhere as strong or deep in 80 as it was in 07 is something we will just have to agree to disagree.
