in my 6 minute quarter mygm mode the commentary has worked fine.
in my 12 minute my league the commentary still cuts out, but this time it does not return at the start of the quarter, post patch

How do you get a refund for something that doesn't exist (virtual good)? How did WB refund anyone? I'd love to learn more about this. Is there any law covering broken software?! As far as I know software can be broken as **** without the customer being entitled to a refund. But maybe I'm wrong.

Steam offers refunds now for digital purchases, provided you haven't played a game for more than 2 hours or let it sit for 14 days after purchase.

Beyond that, Arkham Knight (which fear is referencing) was a special case. It was so messed up on release that WB pulled it off the digital shelves - literally stopped selling the game. And, even after a patch has failed to fix those release issues for a lot of people, WB has decided to offer refunds to anyone who purchased it digitally (as well as its DLC).

Yes, I know about the Steam policy. I was under the impression that this was introduced voluntarily.

Steam might have realized that they are making more money in the long run, if people do not feel like they are taking a risk when buying something that may or may not be working as advertised.

Regarding NBA 2K16 I had some trust in 2K's willingness to release a satisfying PC version. But the inability of the company to fix some fairly major issues on PC and the general sloppiness of implementing various features shattered my hopes.

I realized how bad and buggy the gameplay of PC NBA 2K16 is when I played a game in the Summer League game mode. With all the performance problems non existant there, I was actually able to play proper DEFENSE for the first time since 2K14!

I am 100% sure that various decision makers know extremely well how bad the PC version actually is. But I spent more than 2 hours to realize this. And unlike Steam (or WB), 2K does not seem to think selling a flawed product will hurt them.

I deleted the whole game...works fine now.


BUT........my passing icons are completely gone. Seems this is common?

XBOX ONE controller users = all passing icons GONE thanks to this 'patch'.


Any work around???
