Exactly, this is the only game where this happens. EA released their biggest Madden patch ever today and it dropped on both systems...

The incessant complaining basically made 2K get rid of one of the best improvements in this year's game. Shot blocking is basically nonexistent now for anyone under 6'11.

Defense got nerfed viciously. There's no tangibility and the game feels really loose

Game was fine before the patch. Blocking kept people from spamming paint area without some repercussion.

They had to have done a soft patch after the initial patch cause defense wasn't this weak when it first came down. Normally patches cater toward the sim fans slightly but this one went 100 casual. If there isn't another big one down the road I'm trading it in.

I just hope there's no more gameplay patches, I had enough of changes that will mess the game up. Because my schemes aint working like before.
