Does Steph Curry Justify Greater Than an 99 Overall Rating?

I am just annoyed when people think Curry is a good defender, remember back then A.I. led the league in steals and yet nobody called him even 'good' defender, because unlike Curry he had a team with bunch of scrubs and best players not named Iverson were Aaron McKie and washed up old Mutombo lol.

John Wall:
Athleticism 93
Speed 97
Acceleration 90

Dennis Schröder
Speed 84
Acceleration 90

Russell Westbrook
Athleticism 96
Overall Durability 90

So looks like Curry accelerate faster than Wall & Schröder and is more durable than Westbrook plus Curry and Westbrook's athleticism is apparently only 2 points difference in ratings while John Wall is 93 in athleticism.. hahahaha i don't know what league roster guys watch but it seems that we don't watch same basketball.

I agree with this one.Curry´s physical stats are a tad overrated and Wall´s are underrated a bit.

Dunno what is the reason for these laughable ratings, only thing i know is that as far as rating goes 2K is not a simulation ball, it's rather highly marketed arcade that sells as sim.

How about they just recalibrate their ratings system? No one, including Curry, should be a 99. However, you could give certain attributes a 98 or 99. If the best player in the league had a 90-95, we wouldn't have this Spinal Tap-like discussion about ratings going beyond 99 (i.e. these go to 11).

Yeah i just compared their draft combine stats,specially those two running drills and Wall was considerably faster than Curry if you consider the distance they need to run.So yeah..I think their acceleration stats shoud be swapped.
