not really, all it does is let you ask out of the game and gives you the VC you've earnt in the quarters you've played.

(You'll get the salary, but you'll get the VC bonus you got from shooting/rebounding/blocking/assisting/.) Plus the VC for your teammate grade.

For coner specialist does you're overall 3- point % have to be at 40% already or can it be below and when you hit the 25 corner 3's at 40% and get it

A lot of those advanced moves aren't working getting : you sill miss , get blocked , or stripped

Not really it's like 90% luck and 10% spamming alley oop calls when u have the on court coach badge and purposefully not going for alley oop but letting it sail out of bounds and try to trigger animation. It is very random and there's no guarantee you'll trigger the loose ball save animation when going for it. A lot of times ball is already out of bounds when he attempts to dive. I can say I got it by luck and no skill whatsoever. Whwn the opportunity presented itself, I would spam X and Y.

I've got it on a couple of players. I had it on rookie casual to make steals easier, and when the cpu player is just standing on the left or right of the court outside the 3pt line, just hit steal so it knocks the ball pretty much straight out of play. As soon as you hit the ball, spam that button for the save. There's no quick way to get this though as it's mostly luck.
