They may have changed the formula, but even with a moving/standing big differential, a 90 standing would not combine with a 25 moving to create an F, at least in the past.

And just philosophically, if you have a 7' 3" player who can shoot with a standing 90 3 pt, that's a serious weapon whose overall 3pt rating in no way should come out after the formula to be an F. A player like that is a guy you have to stretch the floor for and guard, it changes the whole defense.
