Sorry, but that is BS. ;-) Every XBOX user has a conenction to LIVE if his console is connected to the internet. If you wouldn't have LIVE, you were not able to download anything.

You mean you don't have XBOX LIVE GOLD. It doesn't matter if you have it or not. You can't play the trial when your console isn't connected to LIVE. If your console is offline and not connected to the Internet you can't play the trial.

Sorry everyone. I did not notice my son created a Free Xbox live name or something like that. It's his xbox. I'm a Sony guy. I wanted to try it do I downloaded it. This game is awesome and can't wait to get it for PS4

How is this game?

I loved NHL 15 online but 16 never played but I wanna get back into online rank play again with 17. Thinking about buying for my xbox 1.
