All that said the game still plays good. I just held the Hawks to 40 percent shooting in the first half. It's like they tried to speed up play now though or something is all. David Aldridge was not there at the start. It just seemed quicker paced and a bit more arcadey. Still seeing tipped balls and cool stuff. Love how the commentators change from game to game. It's not worth uninstalling and going that ape over. Some of these threads i'm seeing like 2k has fallen are a bit much. This game is still so much better than past years. I'm just minorly annoyed here. The game I just played played really smooth no real bugs. The passes were faster is all and defense tighter, a little more ticky tack on fouls, shooting is "fixed" etc and no david aldridge. 5th game and I'm adjusting to it. I was getting to the line and missing some layups with contact. They weren't getting to the line at all. My defense was better. I don't know. It's definately more difficult to hold teams down though. I had to really work at that.

Percentages are up for the cpu. Less points in the paint for me even though i was getting to the line. It was better before. They tried to tighten it up and it's not as good. I was up by 10 at the half. Lost by 2. They were shooting in the 20's from 3 and heated up. You have to really get in players faces and not allow them position. I feel like I could have won this one and held them down. Both teams shot 40 shots each which is pretty realistic for 6 minute quarters. Defenses are just tighter so even though it was more fast paced i wasn't able to get to the rim as much and neither were they. I had 12 3 pt attempts they had 15. 26 points in the paint for them. 12 for me which was pretty good even though i was getting to the line.

Second game Celtics vs Bulls. Won in overtime. Best game I've played yet. It was crazy trading shots at the end and having to get good looks at the basket and good shots. Bulls shot 45 percent for the game 27 percent from 3. I adjusted and just aware teams play harder the second half and won this one. Shot 23 free throws. They shot 15. Again less points in the paint for me 16 and they had 32. Great game overall. You can actually shoot now realistically if you have space. I shot 41 percent but big shots and crazy play by isaiah working the clock and beating his man and getting to the line in overtime. Felt like the real thing. Got up by 6 on a steal and fastbreak and 1 at the other end bradley to crowder. Bulls would not go away and Butler got space and 1 at the other end. Won by 4. Amir was airballing free throws pre patch. They seem to have fixed that although kind of liked it. They may have fixed it too much. He had to hit free throws in ot and he hit them though easily. Isaiah sealed it at the line after another stop.

i need to stop listening to people and being nice. First 4 games post patch i was being nice and listening to people and I adjusted the last 2. You can do it too.

Crazy defensive game like the bulls and celtics should be. Moving the ball around and just making smart adjustments and when to go for steals. Watching their stars and Wade and Butler. Butler shot good but held him enough and Wade didn't and I won.

Seems to me like there are just balancing issues for some people and people aren't patient and willing to get better. There are some things that need adjusting but they are trying to get the right balance. Seems pretty realistic.

I was able to bother them this game and players were missing shots. The cpu is harder to hold down but i was bothering them pretty good this game and just aware. It was difficult before so it's not a huge difference. Shooting is just slightly easier for both sides, passes are faster and defenses are tighter and more tickey tack on fouls etc. Seems like they adjusted certain things and its better in ways and worse in others.

Best game I've played so far though and it was post patch. Aldridge is there at the half and at end of game but not at the start for some reason.

I've only played a game and a quarter of another game where I intervened, so it's a small sample size, but shooting percentages do seem higher. I had them just about perfect before and I saw around a 10% increase in my games last night.... which was a quarter against the Nets and a game against the Spurs. I can handle the Spurs shooting 56% against me and say that they just had a great game, but seeing the Nets shooting like the Warriors was tough. Hopefully, I can correct this with sliders, but it's frustrating since I was getting nice results before. Also, I would like to see the cpu slow down quite a bit. Although, this was a problem pre-patch as well.

One other negative is my play calling menu seemed to disappear more. This happened every now and them pre-patch, but happened at least twice as much post patch. Basically, when I hit L1 to bring up the play menu it immediately disappears.

I did like that commentary/crowd works after using simcast now and that the substitutions during timeouts work and adjustments stick.... I just wished that shooting percentages would go back to the way they were. Although, like I said it could have been a bad game. Maybe I'll warm up to it after some more playtime and adjustments.
