Does anyone know if this version will come with all the game updates and roster updates already updated? As I have not had a PS+ subscription in Months.

probably most likely just as Madden 16 whenever you play you always get the current roster changes so you should be up-to-date

No, but there's a different price if your not in the states. I think it's 19.97 if your in the US. Canada it's 26.93 anywhere else not sure but I'm in Canada so I know I will be getting it.
