I agree as a Pro owner I do not need any exclusive features. I just want HDR some kind of 4K and 60fps. All would lead to a better looking game then what the standard PS4 can do.

Sony has already said that there won't be any "Pro" only features. The difference between PS4 and Pro version are likely aesthetic only and perhaps a higher FR.
