I hope they do something special for the slipcase for the steelbook edition.

Received the Standard Edition preorder for Christmas and I just upgraded to MVP edition. I got hooked on DD last year and wanted those extras that come in the MVP, especially since it appears you'll receive more rewards for offline play this year.
