Bringing Ohtani in as Reliver?
Just wondering if it was possible to bat with Ohtani for 7 innings and then bring him in to relieve, like they did during the WBC?

You would think that it would work now that there is Universal DH and the way it is handled now. Just don't see why you wouldn't use him as a starter pitching every 5th day.

yes but if you do, you lose your dh the rest of the game. thats the MLB rules, losing your dh. I dont know if the wbc has different rules
