Road To The Playoffs Mode?
I was curious if anyone had seen any videos or more information released on the Road to the Playoffs mode.
EA did not include the mode in any deep dives and has not said anything about the mode other than the one paragraph about it when they dropped the features article a month ago. I find it weird since it’s shown on the main menu as a recommend mode to try.
As someone who enjoys playing head to head I’m most intrigued by this mode but I’m concerned it will be lacking since they didn’t elaborate on it at all. I was looking forward to it since it sounds like a jazzed up fifa seasons / 2k tiers mode.
What is your understanding of the mode. I saw where someone speculated wear and tear will even be part of the mode. I’m not sure though if you pick one team to play all 10 games with or if you can pick multiple teams throughout the 10 games. How many do you have to win to make the playoffs and when you make the playoffs are you playing others that made it as well? Or on your screen it would appear to be playoffs but on their game it could just be the second game of the season.
