I had a problem with my preorder not charging my card even though I bought the MVP Bundle…but it was somehow showing that it didn’t release till August 12th (the Madden release date) and the system wouldn’t charge my card. I had to cancel that order in the Microsoft store and order the MVP bundle that showed the release date of tomorrow…then it successfully and immediately charged my card.

I’d say make sure your card has been charged and you will know you have the right version.

same thing happened to me last week. I preordered the deluxe edition back in May. I had some microsoft points which gave me $50, and thought I had charged the rest on my cc. I got an email saying my card was about to be charged.... so I checked the transaction and found it had failed. Meanwhile my xbox showed I owned the game.

First time using my Apple Card on a Microsoft store transaction and Apple declined it deeming it suspicious lol. I cleared it up with Apple support but they said I have to repurchase the item.

Can’t repurchase since Microsoft store is showing that I own the game and the base game is still downloaded 32.4 GB. Uninstalled the game but shows that I can reinstall it showing that it is preordered. Not quite sure where to go from here

Yeah, I couldn't get it to redownload either. Hoping it will clear up at 4PM...and start the game rather than giving me the "you are too early." Not sure what else to do.

Got me nervous for a second. Logged in to my account on my phone, saw I was charged on 7/8/24, so I'm good to go for after work!
