Need Editing Tool

Need an image editing tool to strip the background and resize for all the logos Im about to bless the EA servers with. Had one that I used back in the day for the previous iterations of NCAA, but can not remember what it was - help plz!!

This is a good site for general editing. Can do the background transparent but also make other edits.

This is good for background only. Does a real good job. Looks like they’ve updated the site in the last year or so since I last used it. I used to do a lot of work in both these apps in 2k and found them to be the best.
