On the fly Def coach (right on Dpad), where is it?

Did 2K remove the ability to adjust defensive pressure "on the fly" clicking right on the dpad? Curious as I'm unable to activate it. Help?

Wait? By design? We can’t do pressure shooters, shrink floor , wall up on the fly, adjust Defensive rebounds anymore ? So. By design…. We literally have to interrupt the game, pause it. And do it there or on timeouts? Sorry. This is a bad idea. My defense is getting eaten up without this ability. Please someone else chime in. This ain’t immersive 2K.
