Are snow games triggering in Franchise?

Noticed something, and wanted to get some feedback. I'm running multiple franchises and despite controlling teams that play in cold weather (Denver, New England, etc.) I haven't had one snow game trigger in any of my franchises. This problem shows up for me both online and offline, and the offline ones have gone through over 5 seasons without seeing a single snowflake.

Has anyone else encountered this, and this is all pre-patch, none of my franchises have reached December or January yet in their current seasons, so don't know if the recent patch adjusted this. Little problem, but one that's highly annoying.

Same for me. I'm playing with Pittsburgh, in my 3rd season of an offline franchise and I've never seen snow.

Sometimes in december in the beginning of the game I hear a commentary like "when it's that cold, please let snow": I agree lol.

Even rain I'm not sure. Sometimes I see the grass teared when players are running on it and I'm not sure if that's because of rain or just an effect even when the sun shines. But I never saw a camera angle with obvious rain falling, at best a cloudy sky. And didn't feel any change in gameplay due to weather.

I did have a couple rain games recently, and am approaching winter months, so maybe there's snow in my Franchise's future? Inexcusable how stuff works fine one year, and then just shuts off the next. My theory is that when they removed the Rainy Game and Blizzard scenarios from the engine, it somehow turned off the weather entirely. In any case, yet another ridiculous bug that who knows how long it'll take to fix.

I'm in year 3 in a Cleveland franchise and I haven't seen a snow game yet. I don't remember seeing a rain game either but I can't say for sure but definitely no snow games.

Year 1 Dolphins franchise. Played a snow game in Green Bay.

1. I cannot understand why we can’t choose weather.
2. Snow games look *** anyway.

Crazy. I haven't seen a thing yet in multiple seasons and cold weather locations. Did a Blizzard scenario trigger for you, or was it just a surprise during the pregame? Would love to know what the issue is, I intentionally choose outdoor stadiums and cold weather teams to see a few snow games a season, and think they look pretty great this year.
