Drafting when you coach a new team
How the prospects are scouted when you're coming on a new team, typically at the start of the offseason? Do you have the same infos you had with your previous team (so not adapted to your new team's needs)? Or does every cpu team scouts the prospects and when you take command, you got their scouting reports, so you can get new informations about players you didn't scout with your previous team?
