Did Saved Audibles get Reset?

I play a dynasty where I control 12 teams. I feel like my defensive audibles are not saving when I change them. Were they reset with the most recent patch? I don't have enough of a sample size to know for sure. Has anyone else seen this?

I am having issues getting them to save when paired with a custom offensive playbook. If I revert to a default team playbook, then my defensive audibles will save as one of the 32 playbooks, but when I change back to a custom playbook, they reset.

I'm using custom offensive playbooks. That sounds like the issue. I'll keep experimenting.
