I am a little confused. Game is on sale right now so I was thinking about picking it up. Are people experiencing input delay OFFLINE, or is this only referring to ONLINE play?

Hola también pasa desconectado,ya sea con la ea App o desconectando en el juego,esto a mi no me pasaba hasta que el update 4 creo,el juego esta rotísimo en pc
