Ea Sports Pga Tour possible mods?

So now that we basically know that no new game is coming out anytime soon can we get the modding community to come back? There are a few things i wish i could mod but im not sure if it its possible.

Here’s my wishlist.

Add courses like pebble beach and torrey pines to us open rotation
Same for quail hollow, and kiawah island for the pga.
Add visual rain weather effects
Add big names to the leaderboard like Rory, Justin Thomas and Tiger
Move events around on the schedule.
Change courses so that we dont get repeats in the same season.

What do you guys think? Is any of this possible?
