Does quick counts negatively affect hitting for user or computer?

I read a comment that suggested this. Just curious if I could be having a better experience. I currently use quick counts.

Re: Does quick counts negatively affect hitting for user or computer?

For me personally it negatively affects my hitting because I need to work the count to be a better hitter. But that is offset somewhat because I also draw more walks with generated counts on. My experience is anecdotal tho and maybe not the norm.
