Online rated no doubt HR cutscene

When playing online rated ranked/unranked matches.

When I’m pitching and give up a no doubter the cutscene gets played.

But when I’m hitting and get a no doubter HR I don’t get the cutscene ?

Isn’t this backwards. Can I get (as the hitter) the cutscene ? Is this camera view related ?

In the passed few years they didn’t active the no doubt HR cutscene during online rated games (I guess to speed up the game ?)
