Craig's List

Anyone used this? If so what for? Just wondering what appeal it has as it's a prettly simple layout, but the price seems right. How does it survive?

Re: Craig's List

I've replaced EBAY with CraigsList. I just meet people face to face now to buy and sell stuff. Cash only makes all the difference in the world. I've probably bought and sold 50 or 60 items on their since March or so. I'd recommend it to anyone. Just make sure when you post something that you put in the title "Cash only". That scares away paypal scams as well as bad checks and fake money orders.

Yes, jobs will post on there also. Craig's List is far superior to ebay and its all Im going to be using from now on, ebay takes their fees and then paypal takes their fees but yet when I get shafted paypal wants me to pay them to look into it, the entire setup is a joke if you ask me.

Hmmm....the more I look at this, the more I like it. Even has some pretty good real estate listings.

WOW! I never heard of that site before but goodness it is great. I'm going to be moving and I'm gonna need to furnish my place. Might try and pick up all the free stuff I can get. Also, under the electronics section you will see people getting rid of huge TV's for low prices! Some are crap but some are quality.

It also provides humor, as you can browse the personals and judge people.
