Question NCAA 2009 (PS2 only) -- Better than '06?

It's literally been years since I've last posted on this forum, hence the question. The last version I bought was '06, which I just started playing again after a two-year hiatus. It's hard to tell when people are talking about PS2 or PS3 in these threads anymore, and the search function doesn't let you use 3-letter searches, so here goes nothing...

I'm stricty an offline, dynasty player. I would buy '09, but I've seen threads talking about problems with dynasties. I've been lurking for a while and read through the threads about '09, but what problems are for PS3 and which ones exist in the PS2 version? Basically, is '09 better in any way than '06, or should I just try to restart with '06?

Thanks for your input.

Re: NCAA 2009 (PS2 only) -- Better than '06?

Personally I went back to 06 after playing 09 for a while on PS2. Momentum is still overdone in 09 on PS2 which leads to too many turnovers and blowouts and it's way too easy to sack the CPU QB on a regular basis. There is an issue in dynasty mode where many top schools get put on probabtion. That being said it's still a good game. The playbooks are immensely better than they were in 06. I'd advise you to try it for yourself if you can rent it.
