1.)Can you qualify for the Champions League in Manager Mode? Also, is there the usual English tourneys throughout the season, as well as other Euro cups?

2.)In the Be a Legend mode, is there also cups outside of the regular season? Thats one big problem I had with FIFAs BAP mode

3.)Is there regulation/promotion in Manager Mode?

Only thing I can answer is other cups within the BAL regular season - yes. There's Euro cup, D1 and international play if you get called up to your specified countries team.

Not all teams participate in the Euro cup, however.

There is regulation and promotion in Master League but they do not have the lower leagues for the Seria A, Liga BBVA, English League, and etc.

You can't not qualify for Champions League in Master League, but there is the equivalent tournament, just doesn't include all the CL mode fanfare.

Also, if you're in division 2, you have a division 2 cup, and if you're in division 1, you have a division 1 cup. Elimination tournament, home and away fixtures with away goal rules. Final is one game.
