Players won't pick up ball glitch

Players will just run around a loose ball and no one can pick it up. This continues until the quarter ends. Can someone please tell me how to I can fix this.

I've only had it happen twice in all my games. I don't think there's anything you can do. Until the quarter ends though? Once the shot clock expires possession changes and you should be good.

whenever i get that they eventually pick it up after about 5 seconds or so...sometimes ill go up for a rebound but itll just hit my shoulder and fall, then 4 guys would surround it and act like ******s until someone finally picks it up...
