No, as far as I know, rain is not present in the game, however for exhibition (i.e. Play Now mode) you can select overcast weather without rain.

I thought rain delays and stuff were supposed to be in this year but it doesn't appear they are. Maybe they can add some rain with the patch, along with some sunshine...

sidenote: I still like the fact they included "Steal my sunshine" as part of the soundtrack for this game.

What about wind?? Is there anywhere to tell how hard the wind is blowing??
