More options for OL-blocking

we have block left, block right, and pinch. It would be nice if we had an option to double team as well. What else would you guys like for blocking options?

The biggest option I would like to see for blocking is... blocking.. I mean it would be nice if I could actually hand a ball off to a back without being sacked before the animation even happens.

Re: More options for OL-blocking

Having blocking assignments would be quite awesome and it's an idea I've had in my head for a while. It should work basically like the spotlight feature where you highlight possible threats. Except this time, you highlight a defender that you see as a threat. If you highlight a S, DB, or LB, your linemen will pay a little more attention to them if they blitz and try to block them on running plays. If a DE is highlighted, he will get chip-blocked by the TE or the HB/FB will help the tackle. And finally if a DT is highlighted, he will be double teamed.

But really, if I see double teams on NTs, I would be satisfied.

Last of all, more twists and stunts would be nice...real nice.

Thats the WORST!!!!...you snap the ball and QB just nonchalantly walks out from center with his fricken arm extended and somehow doesn't notice the DE coming who is about to put him on the IR list...

Re: More options for OL-blocking

Drive blocking vs. simply stalemating would be great. It would be nice to see olinemen actually create a push off the ball, so that there were running lanes for the RBs and lanes for safetys and LBs to run and make plays. There needs to be more push upfront in either direction, and a option to have your oline attempt drive blocks more often would help.
