problems covering bases in rtts

has anyone one else noticed that from time to time while trying to cover a base on a double play, throw to first or third or trying to tag out a runner that your player will freeze before he hits the bag. and another annoying glitch that is similar is while using a catcher they frequently get stuck on home plate while trying to field a bunt or pop up. starting to get pretty annoying
