What is the one position you think is the one to build around? And if there is one player from that position you have in mind that you're going to do this with in madden, through import, who is it?

Will narrow options for poll, but you can tell the specifics in your post.

Offense - It's QB or O-Line you need somebody to run the offense and you need blockers
Defense - Backers and Secondary

Edit: I thought this was the Madden boards.

Offense - RB and QB
Defense - Backers

i was going to post it there but it applies to both as far as building a team. I decided to post it here because I was also wondering who people would choose as that player they are going to build around

From the way the last few NFL drafts have gone and people I have talked to I'm surprised that the "trenches" aren't getting more love

Taking a miserable low caliber team and trying to rebuild before you get fired? As far as this video game goes... give me scrambling QB with any lvl of pwr or accuracy. A QB can carry a team in rebuild mode. Pull off a win on his own more or less. Gotta have that running QB I say. After that I usually go for a tall hard hitting saftey
