Something must be seriously wrong with me...Im a 40 yr old man who just got in my car and drove down to EB games and bought the new PS3 just for this freakin game!!

I was just that fed up with 2K baseball that I couldnt take it anymore

Oh well...Im loading the game now....let's see if it was worth it....

Nah dude, you are not crazy. The PS3 is now 299 which is a good deal. Plus this game is pure crack and a must buy if you are a baseball fan.

welcome to the club.. in july (1 month before the price drop), i bought the system and thow show.. dropped over 500$ ..

aaand worth every penny.. might wanna go through these forums for batting tips though

annd might take you a month to get good..

Well done mate. Seriously you won't regret it. This is a great time to be a ps3 owner, and The Show just makes that all better. $299 is very reasonable, as it works out at more in the UK I think.

I've had the game since it came out, and even if I've been concentrating on another game, The Show has always grabbed my attention for 3 or 4 games a week.

Been playing it a lot the last few weeks and enjoying it more than ever. It's rare that a game is so good that it gets better after a few months.

Well, I just turned 31 yesterday and this is a great game that I try and play once a day.

Jim and the other guy, I think it's awesome that you guys are in your 60's and enjoy the games as much as you do.
