I'm thinking about picking up a ps3 and mlb 09, but my tv only does 1080i and 480p. Seeing that this game supports 1080i, I would like to know how well it runs on it.

i have a 1080p and it looks awsome. dont know if that helps or not

i personally have not played it on 1080i, but i have played the game on 1080p. The game looks sharper and cleaner on 720p. I played it on a Sony LCD TV.

Yes, its amazing. My tv is 1080i and the show is crystal clear! get it!
