How do I "unlock" my Be a Pro? I'm not able to move my player's attributes up or down and I think it is because my player is "locked". My beside my players picture on the main menu, there is a closed lock. I want to be able to change my player's attributes, and I think that's why I can't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it means anything, I'm on the 360.

Only thing I can think is he's your Virtual Pro, in which case I don't think you can, your guy gets better depending on how you play and what you do.
