Need slider help
I play 2k10 Off Line.
I'm in Franchise Mode.
I set the controller to center and see the game in motion.
When I need to make changes I go to option move the controller from center to team I'm managing. Once I make the change I move the controller back to center and resume play.

My question is what is the best difficulty sliders for this mode of operation.
I thank anyone who can give me help on this.
