Online Dynasty Custom Prospects

I was wondering if anyone could answer this question for me..

On the Online Dynasty, can you make custom prospects for the recruiting phase? I've done it for years on regular dynasty. I usually create all 24 or 25, whichever the cap is. It's one of my favorite parts of the game.

You can create custom prospects if you are the commissioner of the online dynasty.

I forget whether the commissioner does it before the season starts or before the offseason starts, though; it's definitely possible, I just forget when.

Sorry, just want to be sure, can you confirm that this is in the 360 version of NCAA '11? I was our commissioner for our 2010 Online Dynasty on the 360 and there definitely was NOT a way to create custom prospects in the Online Dynasty, only the offline one. Thanks.

I am the commissioner of an online dynasty for 360, but don't remember seeing a place to create prospects.
