Accessing EA Locker

Can someone give me a quick overview on how to access the EA Locker? I have a Live membership, but I rarely play online and have never been to the EA Locker. I have spent the last hour or so trying to figure out with no luck.

I'm online savvy and not an idiot, but I feel like one at this moment..haha.

Go to the Team Management thing. Scroll to the last icon. Click on it.

If you want to download a roster, Click Download Roster. Either chose one of your friends or type in the gamertag of the player whose roster you want to download (note: No need to friend request).

And after uploading a roster, then they can used online?
