Transfers in Online Dynasty question

I'm wondering if I need to wait for everyone to do their transfers before advancing to the next week. When I entered the transfer section for my team it already had the transfer checked to admit him. Can I advance to the next stage and will everyone's team admit all transfers automatically? I'm just trying to save some time with the offseason if possible. People can just cut a transfer if they don't want to keep them.

I'm trying to figure this out for this year's game.

I play in a large dynasty and i want to just advance through this week hoping the schools just automatically accept them so we can save some time. Anyone know if the school automatically accepts them if transfers is simmed?
