Hi guys!

It was kind of hidden in 2K10, but now I can't find it at all.

For a simulation of 4x10 min quarters the international foul limit (of 5 fouls per player before they can go shower) works better, imho.

How can I set that?

Under Association settings for rules their is an option for foul out. You can set it to off, on or any number from 1 to 5 for the number of fouls for a foul out.

I found it under Options -> My NBA Settings -> NBA Rules -> Foul Out.

I overlooked it, because it says "On". Only when you change it, you can set it to "Off", or 1-5.
