What difficulty do you play on?

Just got this game and went straight to Heisman/8 minutes. I was Texas Tech vs Texas A&M. By the end of the 1st half, I was up 41-7. I just quit because 2 more 8 minute quarters are pretty long.

I don't really see how the AI cheats. I think a lot of people just try and rush everything instead of timing everything. Maybe. But Heisman seems perfect for me. Only thing I plan on changing is going from 8 minutes to 6 minutes.

I play on All American for 8 minutes with some slider adjustments. Been tweaking the sliders for a while now and I've got it to where it plays perfect for me.

Yeah they made Heisman USER friendly this year. I had to crank the CPU sliders up pretty high just to get a challenge from the elite and good teams. From the looks of the way you beat the crap A&M your probably going to have to do the same thing. Haha! The guys who think Heisman still cheats really need to get in the lab and step there game up for real.

USC Trojans (me) @ Auburn Tigers. Was a pretty good game. Don't think I'm gonna have to use sliders. 14(me)-7 throughout the 1st half. Got a FG at the beginning of the 4th quarter. Won 17-7. I got one of those Interceptions, where I knew it was going, and I just tried moving my DB towards the ball, got lucky and earned a INT.

Even though I had a 7 point lead throughout, I had to stay on my heels. So many 3 and outs. This game's amazing. UHHHMAZZZING!!

I was wondering, do you have a hard time running the ball? I can't get many yards with the Run. I usually have to set it up with the pass, and go with the draw. That'll get me at least 8 yards. But 3/5 times, I'll gain 1 or 2 yards on the run.

Actually I've been having a very easy time running the ball. I had to make the sliders tough against my run just to get some resistance. The elimination of suction tacklling made the run game a lot easier.. You have to really stick with it and make the right cuts when holes open up. Try not to run directly into the line. Start off using Power 0s, Leads, and ISOs then slowly start trying other runs once you get use to making the right moves with those runs.

Re: What difficulty do you play on?

Well, I'm trying to have fun in coach mode, but whenever I play on Varsity I can upset teams and whenever I play on All-American my defense sucks. I still think All-American gives you better results in coach mode but it just irritates me how bad your defense is when you're playing as a lower-ranked team.
