Need HELP. Pro-combat uni's Not showing up

I downloaded and sent them demo to a friend. When I first did it i saw the logged on i saw all the unis. Then went to start a Dyn and they were all gone.

I created another profile and shared the roster again but same thing happend and they never showed up.

Has anyone else had problems and fixed it
