Hit while throwing

Am I crazy? Or isn't college football like the NFL where if your arm is going forward while you are hit it is NOT a fumble?

This has happened at least 10 times during my time playing this but I think I've had enough. I finally challenged it today and the announcers seemed confused as to what I was even challenging.

By the way, the QB's arm was clearly going forward...by a lot.

Re: Hit while throwing

my problem is it takes my qb an hour to get the ball out of his hand and by that time the defensive player has sacked him for a loss

I get that a lot too -- although some of my QBs have been far more fumble prone than others.

Would love to see different passing animations for QBs...

This is one of the most frustrating things in this year's game, in my opinion. I can understand if I'm trying to throw across my body or something, but it seems like if I take a drop more than 5 steps, I'm sacked once I try to step into a pass.

Re: Hit while throwing

I hit the CPU QB the other night as he was throwing, the ball apparently bounced off the defenders heads and the ball flew in a perfect spiral 60 yards. Then both of the defenders that were around developed a case of alligator arms, and the WR caught it perfectly and scored....

I have had that a few times my self. I know when it happens because all of a sudden everything moves in fast motion and you don;t know whats going on until the ball has been caught which gives you no time to react.
