Online Dynasty - I'm going to sound like a noob

How do I join an Online Dynasty? I've been playing NCAA football for about 5 years, and just never got into joining one. I'd like to do a Big Ten one or a 1* conference one.

Are they difficult to create and how hard would it be to get people to join?

I think you can also search for them in the game.

They nuked that subforum actually -- much to the chegrin of many site users (too many offsite people advertising their ODs ruining the fun for everybody I guess).
