Does anyone like this game?

I haven't been reading much at all about this game due to the lockout. I normally pick NBA 2k up on release day but passed this year. I am thinking about picking it up tomorrow with the season starting up next week. I was browsing through this forum and I'm shocked at how poorly this game is being depicted by you guys. Is there anyone who actually likes it?
Should I buy this game or is 2k11 he better route? Help me out

I don't regret buying it (pre patch, PC, cool mods, default roster, Pro/Sim, tweaked sliders).

yeah this game is awesome, dont come to a forum for info on how good a game is, people only ever post about complaints its just human nature. The game is great dont worry.

Brother the worse thing you can do is come to forums like these to figure out wheather or not you wanna by the game.Not sayin nothin bad about OS,not at all,my favorite gaming website PERIOD.But your gonna hear alot more negative then you are positive on ANY game forum esp 2ksports forum.

I love the game but thats just me.It has its flaws but what game doesnt?My best bet would be to rent it for 2 nights see how you like it then decide for yourself.I know alot of the times a good game can be ruined for me because all i do is read the negatives and not just try and see myself.

I'm enjoying it, for the most part. I'm an online guy, with this recent patch, 2k made quick matches a bit more enjoyable, by raising the difficulty to Superstar. It seems more balanced.

I'm like you in that I usually get the game on release day, but I waited to get it this year because I knew no rookies or player movements would be incorporated.

I just picked it up yesterday and so far I'm loving it. To me it feels alot better than last year, maybe its just me though. But I'm definitely glad I got it.

Love the game by all means buy it...sure it can be frustrating at times but overall its still a great game
