Can't get new rookie rosters , and my NBA today keeps failing . HELP !!! :(

I got NBA 2k12 for xmas and was pretty pumped until it didnt work properly . I have already verified my 2k account and everything and it wont give me the new rosters and the NBA today keeps failing on my screen . I've already exchanged this game for a new one and that didn't seemed to be the problem . I really dont know whats wrong with my game but it keeps frustrating me pretty bad . If anyone knows any solutions to fix my problem please reply to this thread !!!

There have been problems with NBA Today all day. Everyone is having problems so don't worry right now.

As for rosters, I was also having trouble with it as well. If your looking for 2K's official roster, all I day was join a quick game in the online section, backed out at the team pick screen, and the rosters updated. Didn't give me a prompt or anything was kinda of weird.

If your talking about trying to download one of the 2k share rosters that someone else besides 2K created, the only way I found to work was to reset my original rosters and then I tried to download a roster and it worked.

funny thing happend i couldnt get the rosters all day yesterday morning until i went online for a quick match . THen the game updated itself . Everyone even though most here are allergic to user vs user play online, log into a quickmatch and your rosters will update.

Here is a quick hint, It worked for me. Just go into the game and play a random game, start to finish. go back to home screen after the game is complete. Exit the game like your done, then restart the game again, seems to work for me when i was having the same issue.
