ANY player rating you see is how they fit in your system. Pre-draft ratings, overall, and potential numbers are all based, entirely, off your player philosophies.

JaMarcus Russell is a 56 field general, but he's a helluva lot better size/speed/tools QB.

Just remember that Overalls/Potentials can be deceptive because if the Learning and/or Intangibles are awful they will never reach their full potential no matter how much you play them. Also think about things like Awareness and for RBs Vision and other attributes.
