2 Things Best Speed Slider to use and best dunk you've seen

Hey you guys I was wondering whats the greatest dunk you've ever seen rather using a real team or a team of all-stars? What number do you have your speed on I have it on Default but I'm considering bumping it up to 70 or 75. For me the best dunk I saw was Josh Smith putting it between his legs or one where Carmelo as I was playing with Team USA in my association got airborn and went staight over Bismick Biyombo and it reminded me of that VC dunk from the Olympics. Let me know.

I like to keep speed at default they seem to fast with me plus the turbo but I agree on that josh smith dunk I got his dunk package for myplayer and had a fast break one game and pulled that dunk off I was amazed
