Salt Lake Superstars - A Utah Jazz Association

Platform: Xbox 360
Difficulty: All Star
Quarters: 10 minutes
58 Game Season
Trade Deadline: On
Playoffs: Best of 7

To this day, the Utah Jazz have yet to win a championship. The closet they have come was with John Stockton and Karl Malone. It seems like ages since they last graced the court. After the Jazz received Derrick Favors in a trade that sent Deron Williams to the Nets in exchange for the big man and Devin Harris, The Jazz's frontcourt has become scarier than ever. The Jazz are determined to win a championship in at least the next five years.

Jazz hire new GM

The Jazz hired a new General Manager in Joshua Castle. Castle was a former coach of the Cape Verde AfroBasket team at the age of 20 in the 2007-2008 season. This makes Castle the youngest GM in NBA history at the age of 24. Reporters sat down with him after he landed in Salt Lake City.

Reporter: You were the former coach of the Cape Verde AfroBasket team, and now your the GM of an NBA franchise. How does it make you feel and what kind of pressure does being in this position put on you?

Castle: Well first, It feels great to be part of such a great franchise. I know managing a team on the court is much different than managing an entire franchise but I think i will do okay. It puts a lot of pressure on me but i don't expect to have a powerhouse team straight of the bat but we will progress as we go along.

Reporter: You have a team that consists of Dominant big men, what are your plans for them?

Castle: I'll leave that up to the coach on utilizing their abilities but i would like to build around them and creating a great supporting cast.

2011-2012 Season Recap
Final Record: 25-33

NBA Champions
Spoiler

The Utah Jazz finished up the season with a record of 25-33 and missed the playoffs. "It's very disappointing, obviously we are doing something wrong that needs to be fixed." GM Castle explained.

Joshua Castle decided the the Jazz needed a change in management and fired head coach Tyrone Corbin and assistant coach Scott Layden. Corbin spoke with reporters after the news was told to the public.

"I had a great time coaching in Utah. The players, staff and fans treated me well, but i guess it's time to move on. I will always have a place in my heart for the Utah Jazz."

Scott Layden had nothing to say to reporters as he packed his things.
This leaves many pondering who the next head coach and assistant head coach will be. And also what pick the Jazz will get in the lottery.
